New York Attorney General Letitia James says she and a coalition of Democratic attorneys general will continue their legal challenge against new federal rules affecting mail-in ballots, warning the changes could create “nothing but chaos and confusion” ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. Speaking with Eugene Daniels on MS NOW, James argued that states, not the president or the U.S. Postal Service, have the constitutional responsibility to administer elections.
